Each single came sealed with a promo sticker on the front sleeve (below) and a paper sleeve insert to protect the vinyl.

This 2023 re-issue has taken the 1980 version of the sleeve rather than the 1978 original release.
This is identified by the white line from Dave Barbe's right temple to the edge of the sleeve as there was on the 1980 release and not on the 1978 release.

The DECCA website had the following photo of the single with the additional text (incorrectly stating that the single came out in July 78, which was when the band signed to DECCA, rather than October 1978)
LIMITED EDITION 7" TRANSPARENT VINYL SINGLE.
Having been turned down by several record companies, Adam and the Ants released their debut single on Decca in July 1978 - their first and only for the label.
The band entered Island studios in Basing Street, Notting Hill on 26th August and recorded Young Parisians and what was to become the B-side Lady.
Ever subversive and ground-breaking, Adam later described the A-side in his autobiography "I'd chosen the song deliberately to confuse those people who thought we were a punk band"
