A digital download release of all of the tracks released as singles including all of their B-Sides from the Wonderful album era.

Cleopatra, Beat My Guest and Red Scab were originally released as the live tracks with CD1 for the Gotta Be a Sin single.
Desperate But Not Serious, Cartrouble and Physical were from CD2 of the same single.
Dog Eat Dog was from the cassette single.

In March 1995 Adam played for 3 sold out nights in London at Shepherds Bush Empire. The live tracks featured here and on the Gotta Be a Sin single were taken from two of those nights as follows:
