The promo release of the Japanese single is identifiable by the promotional only text printed above the catalogue number. The top part is written in Japanese and below it written in English is NOT FOR SALE

After the worldwide success of Adam and the Ants, the Japanese market starts to release singles through Epic, catching up with Antmusic and Dog Eat Dog on a single release.
Although the label on the vinyl states 1980, this release came out in 1981. The write up by Michinari Yamada was written on the back of the single sheet sleeve on 30th April 1981.

The photograph on the front of the sleeve looks like a live shot from the early part of 1981.

The inner sleeve (for some reason) looks red and blue on the scans to the right, this is a fault on my sanner and the colours are yellow text on a cream background.
