EG records capitalised on the success of Adam and the Ants and released the two recorded tracks from the Jubilee soundtrack, 1978, through Polydor k.k. in Japan (the KK after the label name stands for kabushiki kaisha which is the Japanese abbreviation for Co Ltd).
Whereas most releases for the title track, Deutscher Girls, had Adam overdubbing lyrics, changing the word nazi to nasty, this Japanese release had the original unedited version.

The front cover is a still from the Derek Jarman film Jubilee of Adam (Kid) and Nell Campbell/Little Nell (Crabs).

The translation of the lyrics is also not exact on the back of the sleeve.

The Japanese promo has white labels as opposed the the standard red and also has the promotional words above the numbers 1 and 2 on each side of the label.
